Group Details
The most widely held view of ageing is that it is just a part of the life cycle. That is a progressive physiological cycle leading to senescence, or a decline of biological functions and of the bodies ability to adapt to metabolic stress. Ageing is also seen as a wide-ranging event being a physical process, a psychological one and a social one. On the upside we acquire positive values, for example knowledge and experience.
