Dreams

I'm very new to this with tons to learn. But wanted to have a place that was unique and layed back. Somewhere that the pictures were a cross between fantasy and reality. A place where our dreams come together and prove that anything is possible.

Wallpaper Description:

[The Ice Knight by Dier Kusuriuri]
http://anndr.deviantart.com
It's Rin, a magical guy, the main character of Anndr's novel Windside: Pyromance

There are MANY other characters that Anndr paints who have long, white hair...it seems to be the passion of Deviant Art novelists, hence the commission work of artists portraying such. In fact, all over Deviant art, the white-haired sexy guy is ultra-popular.

Rin, one of them, is my favorite.

This picture was not meant to illustrate any specific scene in Windside: Pyromance - it was just painted to portray the main character Rin in a downcast mood (according to the artist, for no reason - it's just cool/no pun intended for the original title of this painting)

[UPDATE ON MARCH 22, 2015 - Little-known Fact: I do honor the artists I feature in my gallery, this included, actually, my favorite. There's another reason, in fact, another person I honor by posting this and the other wallpapers related to it. I'm saying this because many people thought this was some kind of a mockery of the individual (the one in the gossip with me as the other person talked about). Grouping paintings in this manner is a Tribute to this mystery person and NOT a Mockery.

Why pay tribute to this person? Actually, if you'll check my journal, the answer is I DON'T KNOW. I don't know why I honor this individual. I should just "Let it go" like all my good friends say! The artist, the great Anndr, is a favorite of us both.]
