Black and White

and White Black and White This group is for 100% black and white images - Images that are mostly black and white are not permitted. Sepia images are okay for now, as long as they are near black and white.
NOTE: The one change to the group rules is if you have an image that has 1 item [ not on multi items throughout the photo ] with 1 color is NOW PERMITTED!

IMAGES WILL BE MONITORED FOR AWHILE TO MAKE SURE THE 1 IMAGE 1 COLOR RULE IS SUPPORTED!

[ ONE COLOR on 1 ITEM IS NOW BEING ACCEPTED] Also no full color images that are mostly of black and white things ! Watch out for things like Blue and white or green and white that aren't older pictures these will not be accepted... The image should be truly monochromatic.  Black and White Art was once (particularly in the world of photography) a "forced" medium due to technological prohibitions.  However, even after the advent of seemingly endless possible ways to toy with vibrant colors, Black and White art has seemed to further anchor its timelessness.  Romance, mystery, strength and weakness - Black and White can tell a story that you can't see when color gets in the way! It is truly an art form within itself...
