Welcome Monarch - the new leader of the Snow group!

No two snowflakes are alike.  Snow is the crystallized version of water that falls from the clouds.  Enabling some of the world's favorite past times, and prohibiting easy transportation for those living far enough from the equator, this wintry form of H20 is a double edged sword.
