Changes to submissions

After receiving many submissions that were not from the RPG genre I have decided to open submissions to include all gaming genres. Anyone who has had a wallpaper declined may now re-submit it but are still subject to the rules.

Thanks everyone :). Hopefully this should help liven up the discussions as well ;).
