A "Lovely" Spring Day...

I've been told that I have a great imagination. Nevertheless, I had a lot of trouble imagining that a snowy day could be considered a "lovely Spring day."

On more normal Spring days, I've enjoyed seeing the daffodils that have been popping up all over my neighborhood. I find the golden yellow ones to be especially cheery.  So on Friday the 17th, when I started looking for snow covered flowers to photograph, I knew exactly where to go to find perfect yellow daffodils. In spite of their snowy coverings, they were upright and holding their own!

PS. It's now Sunday, April 19th. The snow has melted, and most, if not all of the flowers in my neighborhood are looking a lot happier. Here are links to 3 other photos I took last Friday, of snow covered daffodils, tulips, etc.
