Wallpaper Description:

I didn't get to make a wallpaper for the 4th of July last year...so I really wanted to make one for this year, even though it is a last minute one.

I worked with a layer or two from a project I created a couple of years ago so I could get it done more quickly... and Yahoo! I'm happy that I did! This was designed with a big splash of joy inside of me...! :D
