One of my favorite freebee's is chaoscope, easy to use and transfer into PS an ideal way to highlight a picture. The images taken from chaoscope are on black backrounds making pasting and editing effortless and quick.

I suppose I should have also said that the main color ribbon on the header was made by Chaoscope, quite effective I think.
