Cut Off Wallpapers?!

I am wondering if any of you have noticed a problem with the download page over the last few months?

Previously I had no problem with the DTN downloads but a few months ago I noticed that the aspect ratio, rather than sizing the graphic to my monitor just trimmed off the graphic on the top and right edge. It did this to all of them; not just mine but any wallpapers on DTN.

I decided to keep my Windows XP as long as possible which meant that I have to download Chrome to keep getting updates. I was hoping that it was just an old IE problem and all would be fine in Chrome........

But NO! So, anyone else finding that the download of a wallpaper (here) finds it arbitrarily trimmed to fit the aspect ratio???

the monitor on my laptop is 1366 x 768 or something close to that and I have gotten cut off wallpapers if I download an image using the aspect ratio . I have found that the best thing to do is click on the options button and down load the original image--this way I get the full size of the wp if it is larger than my monitor size
hope that helps
