Native North American

The purpose of this group is to add wallpapers that show the many different aspects of the culture of the many different nations that make up the people who are of the Native North American culture--this included the First Nation People of Canada.
If I have any doubts or questions as to how valid a wallpaper is to this group, I download it and ask an Elder. An Elder is someone who has a really important place in Native culture. These are the people who teach all aspects of Native culture. If it where not for the Elders our culture would have vanished.
The Elders have the main say of how a wallpaper may or may not be part of our culture. There are so many mis-conceptions about Native culture and I feel that in passing a wallpaper that is not valid to our culture would be wrong.
the types of wallpapers that I can not and will not pass in adhering to the purpose of this group are examples of the following since they do not represent the culture:

- pretty girls wearing a full regalia head dress

- unicorns are not part of the culture

- any actor or actress that is not of Native birth

- anything with fairies-even if there are wolves in the wallpaper

- wallpapers of dogs

if I have offended anyone I am truly sorry but this is something that I have thought long and hard on.
