Muslims respect and revere Jesus -peace be upon him-. They consider him one of the greatest of God’s messengers and prophets to mankind. The Qur'an, the holy scripture of Muslims, confirms his virgin birth and miracles. and a chapter of the Qur'an is entitled ‘Maryam’ (Mary) in honor of the Mother of Jesus -peace be upon him-.
The holy Qur'an is not a biography book or a genealogy book. so you can't expect to find the whole story of Jesus -peace be upon him- from A to Z. you can't even find the story of Mohammed -peace be upon him- (Jesus was mentioned 25 times while Mohammed was mentioned ONLY 5 times!) but what you find are important things in regards to Jesus -peace be upon him- (or any other figure mentioned in the Qur'an.
for example, his virgin birth.Allah-the only God-said in the holy Qur'an:
إِذْ قَالَتِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ يَا مَرْيَمُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُبَشِّرُكِ بِكَلِمَةٍ مِّنْهُ اسْمُهُ الْمَسِيحُ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ وَجِيهًا فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ وَمِنَ الْمُقَرَّبِينَ
Behold! the angels said: "O Mary! Allah gives you glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be The Christ Jesus, the son of Mary, held in honor in this world and the Hereafter and of (the company of) those nearest to Allah;
وَيُكَلِّمُ النَّاسَ فِي الْمَهْدِ وَكَهْلًا وَمِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ
"He shall speak to the people in childhood and in maturity. And he shall be (of the company) of the righteous."
قَالَتْ رَبِّ أَنَّى يَكُونُ لِي وَلَدٌ وَلَمْ يَمْسَسْنِي بَشَرٌ قَالَ كَذَلِكِ اللَّهُ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ إِذَا قَضَى أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ
She said: "O my Lord! How shall I have a son when no man has touched me?" He (the Angel) said: "Such is Allah ; He creates what He wills. When He decrees a matter, He but says to it, 'Be,' and it is!

Jesus -peace be upon him- was born miraculously by the command of the God, the same command that had brought Adam into being with neither a father nor a mother.Allah -the only God- has said:
إِنَّ مَثَلَ عِيسَى عِندَ اللَّهِ كَمَثَلِ آدَمَ خَلَقَهُ مِن تُرَابٍ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ
The similitude of Jesus before Allah is as that of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him: "Be". And he was.

During his prophetic mission, Jesus -peace be upon him- performed many miracles.Allah -the only God- tells us that Jesus...:
وَرَسُولًا إِلَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ أَنِّي قَدْ جِئْتُكُم بِآيَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ أَنِّي أَخْلُقُ لَكُم مِّنَ الطِّينِ كَهَيْئَةِ الطَّيْرِ فَأَنفُخُ فِيهِ فَيَكُونُ طَيْرًا بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ وَأُبْرِئُ الْأَكْمَهَ وَالْأَبْرَصَ وَأُحْيِي الْمَوْتَى بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ وَأُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا تَأْكُلُونَ وَمَا تَدَّخِرُونَ فِي بُيُوتِكُمْ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَةً لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
"And (appoint him) a messenger to the Children of Israel, (who will say): "'I have come to you, with a Sign from your Lord, in that I make for you out of clay, as it were, the figure of a bird, and breathe into it, and it becomes a bird by Allah's leave: And I heal those born blind, and the lepers, and I quicken the dead, by Allah's leave; and I declare to you what ye eat, and what ye store in your houses. Surely therein is a Sign for you if ye did believe;

Muslims believe that Jesus -peace be upon him- was not crucified. It was the plan of Jesus’ enemies to crucify him and murder him like a criminal, but Allah -the only God- saved him and raised him up to Him. Allah -the only God- has said:
وَقَوْلِهِمْ إِنَّا قَتَلْنَا الْمَسِيحَ عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَا قَتَلُوهُ وَمَا صَلَبُوهُ وَلَكِن شُبِّهَ لَهُمْ وَإِنَّ الَّذِينَ اخْتَلَفُوا فِيهِ لَفِي شَكٍّ مِّنْهُ مَا لَهُم بِهِ مِنْ عِلْمٍ إِلَّا اتِّبَاعَ الظَّنِّ وَمَا قَتَلُوهُ يَقِينًا
That they said "We killed The Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah";- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not:-
بَل رَّفَعَهُ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ عَزِيزًا حَكِيمًا
Rather, Allah raised him to Himself. And ever is Allah Exalted in Might and Wise.
