Howdy y'all, Hola chicas y chicos. My Mamma grew up among the migrant farm workers in the L.A. area (her family were Choctaw but were assumed to be Mexico Indios) and I grew up in the outer San Jose area of California (born in Oregon, another story) with real Pachukos and lots of Mexican Culture and lingo. Later I lived in Guatemala and traveled quite a bit in Mexico. Mexico has been a secondary but important cultural home for me. Viva Mexicana!
