Starting on February 1st 2014 until February 28, 2014 a vote will be held on the proposed change below, to cast your vote send me a Private Message with your vote.

Proposed Change: Ban members that Frequently/Constantly upload wallpapers to the wrong Category-Sub Category (IE: Hatsune Miku in Ah,My Goddess instead of Other).

Reason: There are 2 reasons for this proposal:

1.) The needless dumping of wallpapers in the wrong Anime sub-categories makes it hard to find the wallpapers that truly belong there, and that it fustrates both old and new members that goto them looking for appropiate wallpapers of that Anime series. And in by doing so can cause worthless fustration and turn potential members off of the site.

2.) It causes extra work for the members trying to keep the Anime section clean/sorted for not just members but non-members also. It also adds to the work of Desktopnexus's own moderators, slowing down the vote process.

Because of a current tie the vote is being extend till April 30, 2014. This is being done so there is a definite result, and if still tied at the end of April 2014 then I will cast the final vote.

Votes over and the vote passes. Now if members upload wallpapers constantly or near constantly that are in the wrong category, they will be banned.
