Welcome to High Resolution

Send her images that have good resolution. This is NOT a technically correct definition of HD. I have provided an explanation to this end. Trust your eyes..., or glasses. If it looks well defined it is high definition.

All are invited to join and share their beautiful images. Remember, more groups you join, more chance you give to your wallpapers to be noticed and downloaded.

Any genre; nature, animals, food and drink, abstract and fantasy, anything with clarity and sharpness. Enjoy:)

Very informative Emma. I have many images that are larger, though to my eye are blurrier. My vision isn't as sharp as it once was, so maybe its that or maybe it has to do with bit depth.

Dear Carla,

Welcome and thanks for joining this group. Yes, the size of an image doesn't guarantee that it will have a better resolution. All digital cameras now give excellent resolution so, any photography is usually good. Its other images, made by us on applications that are not as good as some in creating a sharp image. Blurry usually means less pixels, but in photography it means slightly out of focus, which a photographer may have chosen on purpose to achieve a certain effect in his/her image. They may blur the background of an image to highlight what's in a foreground.
Such images are still in high resolution and can be sent to this group. Hope it helps.:):)
