The properties of sage:

There are several varieties of sage, almost all can be eaten and have similar properties. Here are some properties:

4 - Other properties: stimulant, stomatal, diuretic, antispasmodic, antiseptic, carminative, antiperspirant and vulnerary. It is used to treat ailments of the respiratory and digestive systems. Against the night sweats, and as a disinfectant in mouth gargle. It can be applied as a poultice or lotion for external use to treat ulcers, sores and abscesses, in teas, crushing the leaves, dry leaves and making them a cigarette is good for asthma.
