Gladiolus

There are 260 species of Gladiolus endemic in southern Africa, and 76 in tropical Africa. About 10 species are native to Eurasia. Gladiolus flowers are easy and economical to grow yourself, offer spectacular summer flowers great for cutting, and come in a large array of colors.
