Wintertime Robin

I uploaded a Robin in the Snow last February, and now I'm uploading this one. It isn't the only one I've seen. Flocks of robins are hanging out at 2 of my favorite nature parks.

Spotting the first robin of Spring is an American tradition I've known about since I was in grade school. But I've read up on them and discovered that some robins choose not to fly south for the winter. Another possibility is that the robins I've been seeing have flown south and are from Canada. At any rate, it is fun to photograph them in the snow!
