Cherry Girls, but its a Manga series. Not sure about a full Anime series thats about maids, but there are probably a bunch in Manga.

Hope they more of Maid series in the future. Just watching them cooked or served food make me hungry, lol.
Try to look some for Shinouji Matsurika (Maria†Holic), Sayoko Shinozaki (Code Geass) or other Maid character I can remember.
