This is the group you submit your lovely Persimmon color images to. There are color stages of the persimmon's transformation. These are the colors we will use in our wallpapers.

In color, the ripe fruit of the cultivated strains range from glossy light yellow-orange to dark red-orange depending on the species and variety. ... The flesh is astringent until fully ripe and is yellow, orange, or dark-brown in color.

Symbolism of the Persimmon: symbol of transformation. Before the persimmon is ripe, it’s green and very bitter. But, it changes its color to a vibrant orange or dark red and is very sweet when ripe. This “bitter to sweet” symbolic fruit is mostly eaten when ripe.

Green, glossy light yellow-orange, dark red-orange, dark red, vibrant orange, dark brown, or yellow colors may be used together or separately, but must appear readily in the image.
