Well, since the site operator didn't troubleshoot the cover image issue, I don't expect him to fix the upload issue any time soon.

The same thing happened 6 years ago and it took about a month to fix. As long as he's getting revenue from the ads, it's no big deal for him.

Actually, it doesn't look bad at all. The group's icon is showing and it looks perfect. The background image is fine. But I do understand your frustration. I'd like the group icons problem to be addressed.
