Quilts

I saw one here with cats but I, and a lot of people I know grew up with the expression, not meant to be detrimental to anyone. I recall going to quilting bees with my grandmother, now gone, and sitting under the quilt frame as all the ladies hand quilted above me.

I do not have a clue how you create the wall papers, but I love them and I refer people here almost daily. I do quilt, almost exclusively for charity, Quilts of Valor and for preemies (sometimes those sadly turn into burial quilts). I assemble my quilts via machine and when I can I hand quilt.

It's sad that the next generation and the next will lose wonderful things like Quilts Bees. I remember when they did have Quilts bees and talking when the women were sewing the quilts. These ladies made their quilts more for new couple marry, new babies holiday and make a quilt with love. Not of those ladies did not sell their quilts but with love. Hugs Judy
