Submarines

Slott says: 19 Months Ago
I not sure when my fascination for Submarines began, maybe while watching one of my all time favorite war films, Das Boot. Since that time a great passion has stirred within, how did men face the crushing depths during WW2 in what was then little more than a steel tube. Uboats where know to have reached 300 meter depths (you'll have work that out yourself) during WW2, when in truth the engineering licence was 90 meters.

The three Submarine pictures posted have all been photoshopped, I tried to give a different perspective on the boats at sea. My personal favorite is the boat in the ice flow. Two images merged using the magic eraser to clear all unwanted sea, ships and headlands etc. Leaving a kind of lone boat feel that epitomizes the modern submarine.
