In Brampton at one time one of the major industries was the growing of flowers. There were many greenhouses for this purpose. And the city was known as the Flower City. The greenhouses are now all gone. But on many street corners there are small plots [gardens] and many of the wallpapers that I have uploaded show that.The City Hall and Gage Park which are in the downtown core have many lovely small gardens. And there are many other places that there are small gardens on a street corner.
