Here are some of the Official DN Community Code of Conduct which I see being broke.

Be polite and respectful. There a many different people on Desktop Nexus, and yes, that means there are many people who disagree with your opinions. Do not provoke arguments, and do not insult others for their view-points. If you disagree, feel free to point out your perspective, but do not start an argument. Respect is a rule we take very seriously, and we will not tolerate members posting incendiary or inflammatory comments, especially when they're directed toward other members. Such negativity undermines our community, and "bad apple" members will be sternly dealt with by the administration, potentially receiving a permanent ban from our site. If you wish to disagree with another member, please do so in a respectful, intellectual, logical manner, without emotional insult or personal attacks. This applies not only to public forum posts and comments, but also to private messages (PMs). If we receive word of abusive PMs being sent to members, we will investigate and deal with this abuse in the same manner as a public comment.

Desktop Nexus supports freedom of speech and personal expression. We will not moderate a conversation or comment on grounds of content, unless that content is presented in a disrespectful or illegal manner. Political and religious disagreements are the most common, and as long as they remain respectful and polite, we will allow such debates. If someone's personal opinion offends you, feel free to stand up for yourself, but unfortunately we will not intervene on your behalf unless it gets out of hand. If you get involved in an argument you become uncomfortable debating, simply leave the thread and do not participate anymore. There are always many active threads on differing topics. If a conversation continues to PM, and becomes an issue of harassment, that is when it may be time to bring the conversation to the attention of the administration.

When posting in a thread, stay on topic. If you choose to participate in a thread in the Desktop Nexus forum, try to avoid going on tangents and derailing the flow of the conversation. When a member creates a thread, it's for a purpose of discussion on a single topic. If a particular thread reminds you of another topic you feel might be interesting to mention, instead of dragging the thread off-topic, please create a brand new thread. Any member should be able to read the first few posts of a thread, and the last few posts, and the conversation should still make sense. When a thread begins to evolve into a new topic, it's time to conclude that conversation and start a separate thread for conversation on the new topic. When you post off-topic in someone's thread, it's considered a showing of disrespect to the original thread creator.

Don't harass other members. This is almost an extension of the "be polite and respectful" rule, but I feel it is worth mentioning also. If you get into a disagreement with a member, and they remove themselves from the conversation/thread, do not continue via PM or their wallpapers/profile. If they do not want to continue talking to you, do not pursue it further: just let it go. Harassing members is a violation of our code of conduct, and excessive abuse of this rule could result in your account being banned.

Do not use excessive profanity or crude language. We understand sometimes there's just no better word to describe your frustration or anger about an event, and we also understand we're not here to suppress your expression, however for the sake of keeping Desktop Nexus a family-friendly community, we do request you keep all profanity and crude language to an absolute minimum. If we feel your posts are excessive, a moderator will probably message you first, requesting you be mindful of this rule. Then if it is continually abused, ignoring our warnings, we may be forced to revoke your posting abilities. Just be respectful, and keep your language in check, and everything will be fine.

This thread will be lock so people can cool off and so Komodo can take a look at it.
