A man walks into a bank. He walks up to the person protected behind glass, to give up all the money in the bank. The man pulls out a gun. The person behind the glass,is afraid,panics and does what the man says. Somebody tries to be a hero and tries to get the gun away from the man. He fails at the attempt to do so,and the man kills him. The man with the gun got away. In this fake situation who is to blame? God,the religion this man believed in or himself? What was this really about? Money the whole time right? What I don't understand is how can people blame religion when its just a book. The book itself doesn't walk off the shelf and start killing right?

We aren't the center of our universe but to atheists, and only to atheists,we all must bow down to them and offer some type of evidence of what we believe,just for them right? So its not a "fairy-tale" for the weak-minded but for the strong educated people? Hmm. Some of the greatest minds on earth happened to be Christians Jews Catholics you name. Well-respected people because they chose science over let's say..being some extremists who kills for what he believes right? Nothing happens if people do "follow" these orders. Except feared of being killed by 'fellow believers" or by their leaders. Cults. Main reason? Sex money power. just to name a few. Yet of their Christians..money sex power is the reason for their "belief" right? So is it ignorant to blame religion not mankind for what they bring upon themselves?

Its not ignorant..believing like that is like living in a fairy-tale world. If we aren't the center..mankind isn't to blame. Its "religions" its the "outer-sources" of our world. No PEOPLE BRING HARM. They just use religion to not take blame. If there are atheists out there that use DN, I ask you..are you really that logical and educated if you don't blame humanity for what they bring and not something else?

Because..it actually is humanity? I don't mean all. I mean people who actually do it..cause it to happen. They are in control,not religion,not God,not whatever else people believe in(god or gods wise). Its not a "theory" as..its proven to be true. People do it.

Besides,what does a person and their actions have to do with the actual belief, and the people on the other sides of the globe?

As an agnostic, in the real definition of the word, I'm finding it hard to fathom what your point is. Religion is not a vehicle for bank robbery, greed is. God, real or imaginary, or arrogant socialist philosophy is not to blame. Fact is, some people are greedy bastards. Don't blame groups that have a heartfelt belief in an all loving God, its not their fault. Some just can't acccept their position in life, and won't enjoy the part they have to play in the big picture. A happy man takes what comes and lives within his means. If you can enjoy life with stuff all, you've got all you need.

real followers would know not to follow twisted people like that. what do other people across every part of earth have to do with my own life? what does the cruasades or any other "christanity is to blame" have to do with me?
