You are not required to stand up on your soap box and keep bitching and moaning at everyone here (who, once again, by your accounts don't care). All you need to do is go find the art, tell the artist, and let THEM take care of their own copyright violation. You are not their lawyer, you are not their advocate. I'm pretty sure they can speak pretty damn well for themselves, and maybe even a lot better than you.

I post my stuff online with the full knowledge that I am posting into a big out of control petri dish.
How can one expect to control the actions of the billions of people on the internet? It can not be done; governments and entertainment institutions, and individual artists with much better resources than any of us have, have been trying unsuccessfully to find a control mechanism for the internet for years now.
Posting any works to a public forum(hell to a closed forum for that matter), and then complaining because you can not control it is akin to driving a car you know does not have brakes, and then complaining because you can not stop. Your going to have to choose at some point whether or not to display your art, or how to display your art. Your rights are never going to be respected by all the people all the time; I wish it were different; I really do, but your going to have to face reality. I think instead of hammering on DN, you should be thanking its owner for being one of the rare ones that has said he would do his best to fix the problem. Perhaps spend your energy reporting your dA images and give him ample time to process the requests, and then everyone is happy. Unless of course your not interested in resolution; if its just antagonisation(sic) your interested in, then I guess carry on if thats whats tolerated here.

I will say it again.. If it isn't yours, don't post it.. Didn't your mother teach you that you didn't have the right to take things, that didn't belong to you.. Mine did.. I am not talking about any place but DN.. I will deal with other sites as I find them..
I wall also say this again.. I will not deface my work to prevent someone with no manners from posting it on another site.. When I find it I will have it taken down..
I expect people to be honest. I treat people as if they were, until they prove they can't be trusted.. I make most of my work for wallpapers.. I definately want to share, but I do not want some one else to upload it to another site under their name. The minute they they so they are breaking the copyright laws. I respect the law.. I feel sorry for those who don't.. I always watch those I don't trust.

Perhaps if the members here who've been uploading artwork that isn't theirs would stop doing so, ie, follow the TOS, administration here wouldn't have to be "doing every thing to help".
yep fair comment i repsect that and others but am here fighting for others just like you are fighting for rights, but c,mon get real you can,t tell you haven,t download something that you shouldn,t off.well congratulations if you are mrs perfect but the internet is a cruel place and people will regardless of any thing you do and they,ll tell you to your face to stuff ya face on ya copyright thing,.am not bothered is what they,ll say,...thats just life.now the reason i keep posting that image telling you its every where with the two pictures on is a way am trying to help.you may not have to do it,.go talk with your admin tell them how they can do it when some clicks on your image in an atempt to download.they are programmers and may be able to do it but am sure bright little sproggy kid out there will already beable to make something like that work,. now the point being is its work am not denying that but protect it better you wouldn,t send your kid out to play on a bike without a helmet and not expect them to get hurt,so if you put images on view to 6 billion people expect them to be stolen,simplist answer i can give is protect prtect protect,. byeeee 4 now...
