Where are the Smiley Faces?

I stumbled onto them once, but I can't find them again. I figured they would be easy to access from "post a comment"

You can just type smileys like this without space

and they will be replaced by graphics. I am not sure if there is a site showing which smileys are available on Desktop Nexus but I know of these:

Thanks for all the help, I couldn't get :P or :D to work but I just figured out it had to be upper case. :)
