Hi! I've been using Desktop Nexus because of the BEAUTIFUL Wallpapers here.

I've got a problem. I used to download and save as image in Photobuket and take it from there to Pimp My Profile for layouts for my Forum and always got the right resolution.

Now my comp resolution has changed to 1280x1024 and when I do the exact same thing , I try to get that resolution in Photobucket it won't give me the full size.

I tried to just go to properties on the image and copy it to Pimp My Profile but it won't accept anything from Nexus.

Most other Wallpaper sites they will but this one always gets rejected if it is linked directly to this site.

First I was wondering why they reject the wallpapers on this site? Is it on their end or this site that won't allow the wallpapers to be used as layouts or something I know nothing off?

This is very frustrating as I've use these wallpapers for a long time because of the variety and beauty of the images.

Is there any way to up a wallpaper from this site to Pimp my Profile so that they will accept it and if there is would someone please tell how to do it kindergarten style.

Basic question is, why won't Pimp My Profile accept the location properties for Desktop Nexus?

I don't quite understand what you are saying, but why not resize it yourself and use the PMP Upload? This will resolve the problem.

Sorry! Was away for awhile. But the problem I was trying to explain is that if I like a wallpaper here and like it and want to use it in my forum as a background for my profile I can't just go to properties and copy the location and bring it to PMP as it says it doesn't accept direct link from nexus for some reason.

It's not the size that is the problem. I just can't copy the location url in the properties of the picture and copy it on PMP then click upload as it says they don't accept nexus direct links or something.

Is there another way other than right clicking on the image here, then going to properties, copying the location and pasting it in PMP?

If I'm doing something wrong, how do I get an image from here to there?

If I save as image, then I have to up it on photobucket or imageshack and they never give me the size I need.

How do you take an image from here to PMP and upload it there and have the image appear in PMP?

This is what I get at PMP if I paste the location in properties of the image I want. I don't know of any other way to take the image to PMP. Where's the information page of the wallpaper?

Don't direct link images, you're stealing a person's bandwidth when you do that!

What you need to do is save the image and then upload it to an image hosting site (tinypic, imgur, photobucket, imageshack, ect...) then you can copy and paste the direct link of the image and put it on pimp my profile.
