You should use the report button which is right under the image. That way you even shouldn't need an account if you don't want one. Just click on DMCA Copyright Violation and follow the instructions.

Maybe there is another better way, but you will need to wait for word from the moderation for that. :)

Nope, Hux is right.

We do not want to violate any copyrights. The quickest way to get this resolved is to visit the wallpaper in question on Desktop Nexus, and click the "Report This Wallpaper" tab under the preview image. Then there should be a link entitled "DMCA Copyright Violation" which will guide you through the rest of the process.

If you have any trouble with this system, please contact us directly and we'll work it out directly via email.

I just want to say that I've heard several of our members say they've found art from many other sources that did not identify it as DeviantArt. I'm sure there were no watermarks or other markings to identify it as being originals, and not for public use. *You might check with DeviantArt as to what protection they are giving your art*.
Most people are honest, and would not remove signatures or impose your work. Please let those artists who do not want our exposure know how to report it correctly to Desktopnexus. We welcome artists to share their work thru our site, but we understand if it is "for sale" and wish to protect it.

Perhaps it might be wise to have your own site (Deviantart.com) protect its members by making the site unable to download the pictures and/art in it.
