Hello everyone.

I can't edit my profile information somehow, if I write something in my profile and try to save it it keeps saving but it doesn't get saved no matter how long I wait.
Does someone knows how to fix this?

Try clearing your browsers Cache.

In a way, I'm glad to see I'm notthe only one with this problem. I just spent the last hour and a half updating my profile info, I hit the save button and waited & waited & waited. Finally, I hit the refresh button, cause I thought maybe it was frozen/stuck, nothing was saved. I hit the back button hoping to save again and everything was gone.
Do I need to hit the save button for every little thing and pray that it save or am I doing something else wrong? please help/advise.

Ooops....Sometimes the site gets very busy and I've experienced the spinning and not processing myself. Perhaps it was during one of those peaks that caught yours....
Enter a few categories at a time, and then you can just add on if you experience this again. We recently increased our servers so hopefully it's a temporary glitch. Let us know if it continues and we'll have a techy look deeper..
