Can someone tell me how to add an avatar? Or where to you go to find one? Any help would be Great!

'My account' --> 'Change Avatar' --> 'Browse' then choose an image saved on your computer --> Save changes

Can someone tell me a good site to download avatars? And also how do you upload photo's for a desktop nexus?
