I am enrolled in a photo class and using a minolta 7000 35mm-70mm lens. I have been working with black & white mostly; but look forward to next class for digital.

i have a kodak someone sent me, two years old, v-something. for some time, i wanted a canon rebel, but now that the micro 4/3 format's around, i'm thinking to get a canon s90 or something similar.

I have a Nikon D60 which I love. I also just recently purchased a 70-300mm VR lens and its amazing!

Wilmar - I am also taking a photography course right now and I am absolutely loving it.

Olympus E30 here. Replaced an Olympus E300 which was stolen. I also had a Nikon D50. The Olympus bodies are both lighter then any of the Nikon or Canon bodies. Olympus has also worked really hard to shave weight off the newer lenses too.

Usability wise I've found Olympus better over all, and I really feel the lens system can not be beat. But my advice is to go a store that has all three and test them to find which works best for you.
