This wish comes true.

In a serendipitous act while walking the family dog one cool sunny winter’s day Gypsy runs into an old class mate named Vickie from Edmonton who just happens to be a professional shopper. The two of them rekindle their once friendship as before. Vickie so happy from this chance meeting comes home with Gypsy. After a lengthy conversation about family and the sometimes drudgeries during this time of year Vickie in an act of love for Gypsy volunteers to do all her Christmas shopping.

All in one day Vickie completes the shopping and all the gifts are hidden in the garage. With the weight of the world now off Gypsy's shoulders she's able to relax. That night while parking the car in the garage Gypsy's significant other unbeknownst to him knocks over a can of petrol. That night the leaking can of petrol finds its way to an ignition source and a fire breaks out and the garage burns. Fortunately the fire is put out before it destroys the entire house and only the garage was a total loss.

However, now unable to buy replacement gifts the weight of the world is once again placed back upon Gypsy's shoulders.
So the moral of the story would be …..
