After USAF...which other air force can be considered to be the best in the world ?

Well, I can't say anything about the aircrafts. But I am sure that Russian pilots are the best, were the best and will be the best.

Rather question w/o real and right answer. USAF is naturally first 'cause F-22 is more than answer but second I would put USN. F/A-18 E/F are very capable birds and moreover they have more experiance and to add things up they usually fight first battles when oposite side is "strongest".
