the easiest thing to do is to download the wallpaper to your computer.
create a folder on your computer and download all of the wallpapers that you
like into that folder. then in the desktop control panel, you can choose an
alternate folder for desktop images, choose that folder that you created, and
all of the downloaded wallpapers will then show up / be available,
and you can pick and choose to your hearts content. or you can use an image
viewer, like irfan image viewer, which allows one to browse images on one's computer
with an option to make the current image the desktop wallpaper.
