9 Replies BMW VS. Mercedes Benz
| Posted by Mello, 6/3/09 9:02 AM - Permalink Issue: This is like all other ongoing (never-ending) wars. But now you can decide! Majority wins (even tho you wont have to change your opinion) Belief: The BMW is far superior when it comes to the Drivers point of view. It has better performance, better handling and quality. Engine of the year? Heard of it? |

 | Posted by komodo, 6/4/09 4:25 PM - Permalink I've owned a BMW 328i and an M3, and loved them both. I know a few people who drive Mercs, but in my opinion, BMW is a superior make.
I just got a brochure in the mail yesterday for the new e92 M3 Convertible. *drool* |

| Posted by DukeiNorge, 11/2/10 12:13 PM - Permalink I just bought a BMW, series 5, 4 door Saloon and after one test drive, on my first outing, at my local dealer, I bought it. After 45 days of ownership, I concluded, without a doubt it is the: finest, most luxurious, comfortable, tight, quiet, ergonomic, generously spaced, balanced power to weight, ambient environment adjustable, cargo mounting or hauling, fairly priced automobile I have ever owned. In addition, its' interior / exterior design is classic, thus ensuring that its' long-term, quality service and styling remain current. BMW owners are also the most faithful, return customers for many years, according to surveys conducted by the national Norwegian Automobile Forbund (association), which also supported my own conclusions. |

| Posted by darvision, 11/4/10 4:16 PM - Permalink Not only have I worked at a Mercedes Benz Dealership but I curaintly work at a BMW dealership. What can I say I have a love for fine automobiles. Anyways when I worked at M.Benz I thought they were the greatest thing around. But Ive always love the look of a BMW better. Now I couldnt get enough of the Mercedes and I think that had to do with all the new M.Benz's I was in and out of everyday. Even for 8 months as I worked for Roadside assistance at M.B. 24/7 in a E350 wagon. I loved that car more than anything. Well time has past and now I work for BMW. Let me tell you. Night and Day difference. And Im not talking about Night and Day in Alaska. LOL BMW Blows them out the water when it comes to Performance and Handling. The feel is what I call "On the prowel" It feels like your on king of the jungle in these things. The only Mercedes I'd get over a BMW is a SL63 over a Z4. Mercedes is basicly a "status symbol" to those who dont know the difference. Us smart Jedi know the way of the force is through BMW. |

And who won't like the way it performs in the hands of Jason Statham in the film Transporter 1?BMW is 'The Car' while other are just excuses.Period. |

| Posted by beemerfan, 4/2/12 3:01 AM - Permalink forgot to tell one thing. The car i am madly in love is the new Chris Bangle - designed 5 series. |
